The address is via Alessandro Manzoni n°2, just on the corner of Piazza Beccaria.

LOCATION: We are in the centre of Florence , only to 5 minutes afoot from Piazza Santa Croce , 10 minutes afoot from Piazza del Duomo and a few minutes of pleasant walking from all the wonderful artistic sites of the city.

From the highway:
To exit for "Firenze Sud" , to follow the indications for the center city, the road coasts along the river Arno for then to turn to the right obligatorily in the Viale Amendola. The first square that is found, with a tower in the center, is Piazza Beccaria, we are on the left of this square.

From the airport:
To take the special bus for the Railway Station S.M.Novella and then....

from the Railway Station S.M.Novella:
to take or a taxi (5 minutes) or one of the Buses (...10/15 minutes approx...) or Bus number A until the bus stop of Piazza Beccaria or the Bus number 13 and exit to the bus stop "Gramsci 3" on the corner of Piazza Beccaria, the Residenza Manzoni is just on the back of the corner.
